Krokiya Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions and interpretation

Throughout these terms and conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings:

• "krokiya" or "We" or "Our" Refers to the krokiya platform, its website, mobile application, and the entity providing related services.
• "User" or "You" Refers to any person or entity who uses krokiya services, creates an account, or accesses the platform.
• "Service" Refers to all betting, casino, gaming, and related services provided by krokiya.
• "Account" Refers to your personal user account registered on krokiya.
• "Bet" Refers to any wager or stake you place on the outcome of an event or game.
• "Funds" Refers to the money or credit held in your account.

2. Account registration and management

2.1 Registration process

To use krokiya services, you must create an account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You confirm that:

• Your name, date of birth, address, and contact information are completely true and accurate.
• You may only create one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
• The email and phone number you provide are your own and active.
• If false information is provided during registration, krokiya reserves the right to suspend or close your account.

2.2 Account security

The security of your account is your responsibility. You must:

• Use a strong and unique password.
• Do not share your login details with anyone.
• It is recommended to keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled.
• Report unauthorized access or suspicious activity to krokiya immediately.

Krokiya is not liable for any loss caused by your negligence or carelessness.

2.3 Account verification (KYC)

To comply with legal requirements and prevent fraud, krokiya reserves the right to verify your identity. You may be asked to provide the following documents:

• Government-issued ID (national ID card, passport, driving license).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement).
• Payment method verification.

Krokiya may suspend withdrawals or certain services until verification is complete.

3. Age limit and eligibility

3.1 Minimum age

You must be at least 18 years old to use krokiya services. You confirm that you are legally an adult and eligible to engage in online gaming and betting according to the laws of your country. krokiya will not tolerate accounts or activity by minors. If it becomes known that a minor has created an account, the account will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Regional restrictions

Krokiya is available to users in Bangladesh and certain countries. If you are located in a country or region where online gaming is legally prohibited, you may not use krokiya. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws of your country.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 100.
• Deposits are usually processed instantly.
• You may only use your own funds. Third-party payments are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The withdrawal process is simple and fast. However, the following conditions apply:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 24 hours.
• Your account must be fully verified.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn unless bonus terms are met.
• Krokiya reserves the right to suspend or investigate withdrawals for any suspicious activity.

4.3 Fees & Charges

Krokiya generally does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, payment providers may apply their own fees. If any administrative fees or charges apply under special circumstances, you will be notified in advance.

5. Betting Terms and Conditions

5.1 Placing Bets

The following rules apply when placing bets on krokiya:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed unless the event is canceled or postponed.
• You must have sufficient balance in your account.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts may vary by game or event.
• The odds applicable at the time of bet placement will be used. Odds may change at any time.

5.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If an event is cancelled, postponed, or changed:

• The bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• For live bets, decisions will be based on the status at the time of event cancellation.
• Krokiya reserves the right to make final decisions.

5.3 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled based on official results after the event concludes. If incorrect settlement occurs due to error or technical issue, krokiya reserves the right to correct it.

6. Bonus & Promotion Policy

6.1 Bonus Terms & Conditions

Krokiya regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific conditions you must meet. General bonus terms:

• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Each bonus has an expiry period. After expiry, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• If bonuses are misused or fraud is committed, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirement means you must bet a certain multiple of the bonus amount. For example, BDT 1000 bonus and 10x wagering means you must bet BDT 10,000. Detailed terms are provided with each promotion.

7. Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct

Krokiya is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Multiple accounts: A user may create only one account.
• Fraud & deception: Fake documents, false information, or any fraudulent activity.
• Collusion: Colluding with other users to gain unfair advantage.
• Bots or scripts: Placing bets using automated systems, bots, or scripts.
• Money laundering: Using krokiya as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Abuse: Bonus abuse, exploiting system vulnerabilities, or taking unfair advantage.

If any such activity is detected, krokiya may immediately suspend the account, forfeit funds, and take legal action.

8. Responsibilities, Risks & Limitation of Liability

8.1 Your Responsibilities

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Online betting and casino games carry risk and you may lose money.
• Only use money you can afford to lose.
• Gaming should be viewed as entertainment, not as a source of income.
• You are solely responsible for your gaming activity.

8.2 krokiya's Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, krokiya is not liable for:

• Any financial or emotional loss resulting from your gaming activity.
• Any failure or delay by third-party service providers (payment processors, internet providers).
• Technical issues, server downtime, or unexpected disruptions.
• Loss due to your negligence, password sharing, or unauthorized access.

8.3 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, you will first contact krokiya customer service. We are committed to fair and prompt resolution. If unresolved, the dispute will be settled according to applicable laws of Bangladesh.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by krokiya

Krokiya may suspend or close your account at any time with or without cause, especially if:

• You violate these terms.
• There is suspicion of fraud or deception.
• You engage in prohibited activities.
• For legal or regulatory requirements.

9.2 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time. Withdraw your outstanding balance before closing. Once the account is closed, you cannot create a new account with that email or phone number.

10. Changes and updates to terms

Krokiya reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website and the "Last Updated" date will be changed.
